For those of you who snatched up Max Payne 1 and 2 for a dirt cheap price during the Steam Summer Sale, here is a mod that will add to an already outstanding gaming experience.  Payne Effects 3 adds more realistic shootouts, weapons, and a ton of other features.  You can download Payne Effects 3 via ModDB.  Even if you must pay the full price of $9.99 right now, both games are well worth the price of admission.
