GOG.com have announced that they are looking launch full support for the Linux OS. While they are not ready to support the platform just yet, a post on their site reads:
“We’re initially going to be launching our Linux support on GOG.com with the full GOG.com treatment for Ubuntu and Mint. That means that right now, we’re hammering away at testing games on a variety of configurations, training up our teams on Linux-speak.”
The classic PC gaming retailer are hoping to have Linux support by Autumn this year, with at least 100 games available off the bat. No titles have been announced as of yet.
